Need to return a product? We will be glad to assist!
However, in order to return a product, you must first acquire an RMA number approval from our office. So, just complete the form below and submit your request. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Don't forget - returns will not be accepted without a pre-approved RMA number from our office. Issuance of an RMA number does not obligate Ameresco Solar to issue credit or replacement for returned product. Determination of credit or replacement will be made in accordance of manufacturer provisions. Original item will be returned to customer if deemed to be in proper worker condition or warranty has been voided. Replacement or credit will only be issued after product is deemed defective and under warranty by manufacturer. A 15% restocking fee may apply. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. All international shipments and special order items are nonrefundable.
